I have a class A RV using a tow dolly to tow my car. Drove 6 hours yesterday and pulled into Cracker Barrel. Woke this morning to look at the tow dolly Tire which was half bald. So I get on Google to find a tire shop near me and I'm grateful I found DNR Fleet Services! Kathy took great care of me ☮️❤️🎶 I was in and out of there like they were my personal pit crew. Pricing was reasonable too. Thank you all!

Spoke with a customer service rep, who proceeded to treat me like a toddler when asking for price quotes. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but it sounds like he needs some sunshine and fresh air. He proceeded to ask if I was listening, but clearly, he was not listening to what I was saying. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If this is how they treat people trying to do business, just imagine what they are doing to your trucks when you're not there. 0/5 Stars

We were having a speed governor installed on a new driver's car and it was a disaster from start to never completed. The day it was installed it limited speed to 55mph so we had to drive back roads home since it could not safely be driven on the interstate. Several phone calls later, we were promised it will update in two hours, then overnight, then excuse and excuse. This was a Friday. Ok Saturday when we went out to test to see if we could drive it, it completely shut the car down, not allowing it to move. After many phone calls where they said they couldn't help because it's Saturday and then Sunday, my husband wiggled some wires and was able to disable it and get the car moving. Otherwise it would have needed to be towed. After the botched installation we decided this isn't safe either, so asked to have it uninstalled. We dropped it off and two days later DR Fleet let us know it was ready. When I went to pick it up, they held the keys until I paid another $150 for it to taken out. So we paid $150 to install it, had to deal with a non-working car all weekend with no help to make it right, then charged another $150 to take it back out for something they didn't install correctly.

Great people! Great shop and very professional. I’ve been taking my trucks here for about 2 yrs now and I’ve not have any problems with them. Except one time they didn’t tied my condenser very well and I ended up paying for the same work they did a month before. I do have to say that every time I bring my truck in for work they almost always get me out of there the same day. Dan, Kelly, Eric, and the rest of the crew are very cordial, respectful and very professional. Keep up the good work D&R.
